I just want to thank you for planning the most wonderful trip for us! Everything was just perfect. We loved all of the hotels, rooms were so nice, views were wonderful, staff were so friendly and helpful. And all of the excursions were planned to the last detail and explained so well in the itinerary. We loved the chocolate making class, and the journey to Mt Pilatus and Lake Lucerne made for a wonderful day. I know you weren't in charge of the weather, but we had absolutely perfect weather! And I can't forget, thank you so much for securing us seats in the Excellence class on the Glacier Express. That was everything we had hoped for and more. Incredible service, views, food and wine. We had an amazing time. We felt the service we received went above and beyond! The little details of navigating who was picking us up from the ferry/taking us to our hotel made such a huge difference. All of the tours in our itinerary went smoothly and were so much fun.

The hotels were amazing. Each of them were above our expectations. The Rome hotel was a stand out. Having breakfast included with a family of 6 was a HUGE win. The breakfasts were spectacular. There was not one hiccup on a tour or with a driver. The schedule was adhered to for every single event. The drivers were all so professional and kind. Boutique Escapes was so responsive on What'sApp. The tours were wonderful. We loved that they were private for the 6 of us. The definite 2 standouts were Ambra in Rome for the Forum and Colosseum tour and our Florence walking tour guide. Ambra was a gift. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about her work. All 6 of us loved that tour best. The day in the countryside in Florence at the wineries was so fun and was a highlight.

The tour guides were all incredible!!! It was really amazing that they were all even more than we expected! Each one really made our trip and it would not have been the same without them. Thanks for providing what we all 4 thought were the absolute best guides!!! The driver that picked us up from Naples and took us to Sorrento was amazing. We learned so much from her and she was an extra guide for us which was incredible. This really was the trip of a lifetime and we have memories to last a lifetime! Thank you!!!!
